- The NH Gate One Club (further only the "program") is intended for all booking persons making a reservation in NH Bratislava Gate One hotel, ie. assistants, office managers, corporate travel managers etc. (further only the "member"). The program is valid only for conference, meeting and event reservations with accommodation or without accommodation at NH Bratislava Gate One. The program does not apply to travel agencies and tour operators.
- Members are obliged to keep their data up to date, otherwise they can’t claim a reward.
- Offer of the rewards is regularly updated. Rewards are intended solely for members of the bonus club. Member can choose the reward according to his/ her point balance and only from the offer of rewards listed at www.nhgateoneclub.sk. Exchange of the points for selected reward will be done after an order placed on the mentioned website. Afterwards the member will be contacted by the commercial department of NH Bratislava Gate One and details of the exchange will be discussed.
- Rewards containing accommodation or air travel depend on hotel occupancy and availability of the flights and therefore might not be confirmed for the date selected by the member.
- For rewards in the form of consumer electronics or other goods, NH Bratislava Gate One reserves the right to substitute a reward with another product of similar quality and similar parameters.
- The program enters into force on 1 August 1, 2016.
- Participation in the program becomes effective on the date of acceptance of these terms and conditions and subsequent acceptance of the member by the hotel. As of this date, members can start collecting points for all newly implemented reservations booked under the name of registered member. It is possible to join the program at any time during the year 2016.
- NH Bratislava Gate One is only an intermediary and is not responsible for any misunderstandings during selection of services or goods outside of the hotel. All complaints and claims must be exercised directly at the service provider or goods supplier, or at their contractual servicing company.
- NH Bratislava Gate One reserves the right to terminate the program due to unforeseeable circumstances at any time without prior notice and without the possibility of compensation of the points. Hotel also reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the program.
- In case no point has been added to the member’s account for a period longer than 12 months, the account will be blocked automatically. For its reactivation please contact info@nhgateoneclub.sk.
How to obtain points:
- Member must always indicate the company name and his/ her name during the booking process. "NH GATE ONE CLUB" shall be mentioned in subject of each reservation request or cancellation. Copy of the reservation request shall be sent to info@nhgateoneclub.sk.
- Member will get 1 point for every paid 100, - € (excl. VAT and commission) on the same invoice.
- Points will be added retroactively after the payment of the invoice issued by the hotel. No points will be added in the case of a delayed payment.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash, merged with the points of another member or transferred to another member.
- Member has the option to check the current balance of his/ her points online at www.nhgateoneclub.sk anytime.
